To get started, you'll need to open an account. Anything happening through that account is your responsibility until you tell us your password was compromised.
Accounts are personal. However you may grant one other person at a time access to your account. If we detect further account sharing we may block your account until we've resolved things with you.
Your account is only for your personal uses. You decide which information you want to upload or download. You are responsible for determining the legality of what you post and you indemnify us from any third-party claims asserting a post is in violation of any law or right.
If you do bad stuff (as determined in our discretion, e.g. based on complaints) we may disable upload capabilities or block your account as appropriate. We will not share your data with third parties except if required by law.
As required by law, we have implemented a notice/takedown procedure to act on complaints of copyright infringement. We will act swiftly on complaints received.
We will do our best to keep the service running at all times. We may take the service down for maintenance or improvements but of course we'll try to minimize downtime.
We'll offer support by email. We'll do our best to help you as fast as possible.
You'll need to pay in advance. If you do not pay your account will be blocked until you pay all amounts due.
We're not liable for problems with the service or third-party claims against you, except if caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
If within 7 days after signing up you are not entirely satisfied you can ask for your money back. You can request this by contacting support. We will refund your payment as soon as possible.
Your account is automatically renewed every period unless you explicitly stop the renewal before the end of your period.
Our service is provided under the laws of The Netherlands and the courts over here have exclusive jurisdiction.
